Although your DPF or DOC is being sent to be recycled, it's still important to packaged your filters properly to avoid damage and environmental leakage.
FSX is capable of processing DPF and DOC volumes from single units to containers to truckloads. (for large volumes, please contact FSX for cost-effective shipping options.)
Below are some examples for packaging individual and bulk DPFs/DOCs for shipping to FSX Recycling.
SINGLE FILTER
- Put the filter in a plastic bag.
- Place your filter in a box
- If there are fluids in the filter, please use a second bag.
- Print and fill out the single filter packing slip.
DOWNLOAD FORM HERE - Verify the part number and serial number and sign the form
- Place the completed form in the box with filter. (Keep a copy of the form for your records)
- Label shipment to be sent to:

- Ship Pre-Paid via UPS, FED-EX, Truck Fright.
Your filter is now ready to be sent to us for recycling.
BULK FILTERS
- Contact FSX for cost-effective shipping options.
- Place cardboard on the pallet, and inbetween each layer.
- FSX recommends stacking on pallets to a MAXIMUM of 3 layers high.
